Error: Black screen when starting the game but can hear the music

I,ve tried to solve it using r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart but my game looks like this:

Just change the resolution like any other video game?

Resxt I tried selecting display mode: full screen but it crashes and i can't open the window. My resolution is 800x600

pablorolo09 have you tried using Fullscreen(Windowed)?
