Donated 5 euros but forgot to login

Hello! Im logged in for the pluto forums on my phone but when I clicked the link to donate on discord on my phone it opened a in app browser for discord and I wasn't logged in. Can any staff member fix this problem? My discord is Monologue#1590. I have proof that I donated, dm I'll send you a screenshot! Thanks for your help!
