Possible to launch via Steam?

Hey!
Is it possible to make it so Plutonium BO2 (T6) launches via Steam? I would love for it to show on Steam that I'm playing the game and for it to track my hours played, I also prefer having all my games in Steam and not having to open a different launcher to open the game. Only post I saw that was somewhat similar to this was a post about controller support, but that's not really what I need.

You can add
plutonium.exeas a non Steam game in Steam and renamed it to BO2 or whatever but you can't launch BO2 directly or track hours.
But it will show this in SteamPlaying a non Steam game

Call of Duty: Black Ops IIResxt Yeah, I thought of that as well. And I guess that is the only way for steam to display it, just wish it also tracked hours. But oh well, Thanks for a reply
