Sensitivity getting bugged very often?

I usually get this bug where i can't move my mouse around properly. The thing is it seems that whenever i leave the game and come back like 3 hours later it is fixed, but it keeps happening although it gets fixed by itself (i guess) sometimes

Update: Ignore the original post, i found a way to prevent this bug, basically this bug only happens when you boot BO2 with low fps, try closing some background programs if this is happening to you, that's how i got rid of it
