I don't know how to apply for staff, so I'm asking here.

We tend to approach people that we would like to be Staff, we look for things such as specific talents (programming knowledge for example) or people who consistently act how we expect Staff to act, in a Moderator position that would be people who know Plutonium quite well, and know how it works. Also we look for people who consistently help their fellow community members or report rule breaking posts and messages to the Staff Team.The amount of time that you've been part of our community doesn't weigh in too much however being part of the community for a good period of time certainly helps.
