qbit wont download bo2

my qbit for the torrents files wont download for bo1 and bo2 i did have plutonium but i was trying to make a server and it mess it up and i redownloaded the torrent and i open the file and select where i want to save the game files at and it wont download in qBIT its stuck on 0.0 and wont download at all i wait hours still is at 0.0 someone pls help

i downloaded and i downloaded a server and it mess it up so i redownloaded it and now its stuck at 0.0% and when i first downloaded it it downloaded and hitted 100% now it wont download at all same for bo1 but its stuck at 5.7%

Please try to download this torrent and report back of how the progress goes after like 5/10 minutes

Lostxcx then your ISP is most likely blocking torrents.
Use a VPN that supports P2P/torrents or buy the game -
sir when i first downloaded plutonium the qBit downloaded it ok right and then it hit 100% i was watching a yt vid on how to do it and i install plutonium on my other windows account and it install and i was using 4.4.5 qbit version when it was downloading now it wont work and i uninstalled it because it would not put online me on normaly it loaded forever and waw and mw3 i still got their files they work good and normal but they dont have online either so can u help fix the online thing also where do i get a vpn cause i use the same internet for the download and it worked fine idk if its qBit or if u need to update ur thing or files or if its the game or me Also how i make my isp unblock stuff i mean i uninstalled plutonium and did everything the right order i rembered from the video also how i make servers on bo2 cause i wanted to make one and it mess my bo2 game up where it would not connect me online
also i dont got money for the game im broke lol
EDITED: ok so staff i reinstalled it and now once i hit resume its at 100% then the status says missing files so the torrent works now but it says missing files now what

oh probley cause plutonium needed update ok so i am updateing it rn then i think it should work i let u know if it does

so uh what do i do now cause this is fucking bullshit and i dont think i need a vpn cause it installied the first time with the same network no vpn now it wont work anymore i think its qBits 4.5.0 update

ok it still wont downloaded i dont know how but when i installed the bo1 torrent it got to 5.7 i dont know what i actived or did to make it download but they both say in their status stalled and also are stuck at 0.0% and they both have 0 seeds / 1 i think sometimes it says 0/0 seeds i think if u have bo2 files on ur pc can u like get the dill text and paste it here and also the other stuff thank u i mean its just so dumb because it work the first time and my bo2 run everything was good and when i try to make a server it would not let me connect to online servers and ask me to check the bo2 status and i cant buy game i got no money lol so tryna see if u know what to do if it work first time and not this time and maybe be able to tell me how change isp so it dont block torrents and i could not find no vpns so if u can find me a free one or one that aint money that would be really nice
