BO2 and BO1 crashing with no message

Hey guys, I installed plutonium in my computer and it works perfectly, on the other hand in my brother's computer it crashes like in 5 to 10 minutes every game and it's very frustrating. If someone knows how to fix it help plss, I just wanna play some zombies with my brother to remember a much simpler time.

Did he install any mod or script or did he modify his files in any way?
Also list any antivirus and security tool he has installed, even if it's disabled.
This is very important, you must be 100% sure that you include everything in your reply -
Resxt actually I installed in his computer and I just installed normally like I did to mine. Didn't modify a single file whatsoever. I think the only antivirus he has on his computer is Kaspersky but it isn't active.

Kaspersky is very likely the issue.
Try to add Plutonium as an exception in Kaspersky
Restart the PC and try againIf it still crashes you may have to disable an extra protection like anti rootkit or whatever or simpler uninstall Kaspersky, Windows Defender does a nice job as an antivirus, you don't really need another one and certainly not one that is activated when you disable it and one that ignores your exceptions

Resxt hey I just uninstalled Kaspersky, made an exception for plutonium on windows defender and restarted the pc and it still isn't working

Resxt same problem here, Bo1 and bo2 crash after 10 - 50 seconds with no message.
i play bo2 on steam normally, but i cant play with my friends on plotonium.windows defender : disabled
all redist/directx installed
all drivers att. -
