Can't spawn with a gun

When I try spawn into a multiplayer private match my classes are there, but unable to be used because after I select them I have no guns, lethals, or tacticals and I can't run

Did you use the unlockall commad?
Also did you try multiple and different servers? Same result? -
I'm having same issue. Spawing without anything. Did you fixed it?
