Frame drop occurring every few seconds, making them game very hard to play

While playing I will get frame drops for no reason, and it only happens on iw5, no other game has this problem, so I dont really know what to do.

WALDO Is your fps capped by any chance? Execute “com_maxfps 0” (without the quotations obviously) in your console using the tilde key and see if it fixes the issue.
