Banned on Awog due to high ping

Hello there,
I was recently playing from Pakistan where the internet connection was a bit weak and I was getting high ping I live in the UK and have had no issue playing on the AWOG servers. I was permanently banned on AWOG due to high ping.
Can someone please suggest me what to do now ? I request to be unbanned as I plan to play from UK only.

if they have a discord id suggest you contact their server and request to be unbanned. Plutonium staff dont have control to unban you from servers they dont own. Hope this helps

There is no such thing as a permanent ban for high pings on our servers, you got banned because you used the same IP as a cheater in Pakistan.

Which I already unlinked for you.Xerxes I am so sorry. I went to visit my brother who had some issue with AWOG a while ago, I am not sure whether he was cheating or not.
I have never cheated and wish I hadn't played this game while on Holiday.
Can you please Unban me ?
