se me congela la pantalla cuando selecciono una partida

el cod bo2 abre todo normal pero a veces cuando selecciono una partida se me congela la pantalla y tengo que cerrar y abrir denuevo a cada rato para recien poder acceder a una patalla quisiera tener una repuesta o solucion.
