I already had the base game on steam for Bo2 can I use the dlc's without the Plutonium launcher?because I just needed the maps so I could play zombies with my friends

No you can't pirate DLCs on Steam so easily. I don't recommend trying to pirate them on Steam. Use a key site for a discount or play on Plutonium
