BO2 Emblem Issue?

I made an emblem that I worked REALLY hard on but for some reason, I can't see my emblem in-game, It only shows in the Menu or BO2 Barracks. And Idk if this is happening because of my emblem is it illegal or not even tho it's just a LiL PEEP emblem
So yea I kinda want to what's going on, TY
