I can't play in Multiplayer

When i try to play COD WAW in MP mode It only throws me an error message which is in the image, and in the logs:
Error: couldn't exec default_controller.cfg
Error: Could not load material "zombie_electric_shock_overlay".
Error: Could not load material "zombie_transporter_overlay".
Error: Could not load material "water_droplet".
Error: Could not load material "rope".
Error: Could not load material "water_dynamic_spray".
In zombie mode it works fine without any problem, but in MP mode I don't know what happens.
Someone can help?
