Access is Denied

I keep having the issue of access being denied - "Failed to create installation directory C:\Users\penci\AppData\Local\Plutonium: mkdir C:\Users\penci\AppData\Local\Plutonium: Access is denied." - on the .exe install, anything I can do to stop this?

Have you tried running plutonium.exe as Administrator?
