As Emosewaj just said you need a GPU that is capable of direct x 11 or above. This error occurs because your current PC does not support direct x 11.

H3X1C It does support DirectX 11 and I still can play games all old modern warfare games. I searched it my self too if it does support Dx 11 and it tells me that it does, and please can you tell me how to uninstall Plutonium?

Howl just delete the launchers exe. Then uninstall MW3 via steam.

Oh I assumed you wanted rid of MW3. If you want to keep it then do so and just delete the launcher. Probably little point trying again, the issue is your hardware is too old.

the same problem is happening to me and also my laptop specs are
8 gb ram
core i7 integrated graphics
80 gb hdd
128 gb sd card in which i installed mw3 dedicated server and plutonium launcher

im facing the same problem , and it really hurts , i was playing the game with other players on discord server and now after the new update , it gives me several error which all of them start with "DX11gpu" , my pc specs are:
Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT 1GB ddr2 DX10 128 bit , RAM 4GB DDR2 800MHZ , Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0 GHZ , HDD 320 GB Western Digital.
PLZ HELP MEEEEEEE!

MRPEVIL We can't help you, the launcher requires dx11 and the 9500GT only supports dx10. Also please create your own thread next time.
