Recording a video or describing exactly what happens would be nice
Also list every antivirus and security tool you have even if they're disabled.
Also make sure that no software is using Plutonium.Click on the arrow at the right of your taskbar and send a screenshot of the app icons there, all the icons in your taskbar too

slanker6023 first record the video with some software ( OBS its a good example), after this, go to youtube and upload it and make it only visible through youtube link ( what it will do is that only people who does have the link will be allowed to see the video, its not gonna be for the public)
