BO3 :
It won't be the exact same weapon, because the model is made with a different amount of polygons, BO3 also have a better PBR system, but more complex. BO2 is more simple, but might not support correctly a large-sized texture.

I don't use any 3d model viewer nor Substance 3D painter
I do my job with BO3 and Photoshop, that's already enough
