My multiplayer stats resets everytime i enter T5

When i finish a multiplayer sesion and i exit the game, the next time i enter the multiplayer i am level 1 again. Someone else has this problem? Any solutions please, thank you.

Does it work if you unlock all and play for a round?

Xerxes In black ops 2 i can unlock it all and i havent got any problems with resetting levels, guns, etc.. But in Black ops 1 i really cant find the unlock all button and everytime i exit and enter the next day every level and gun restarted to 0 and i dont know why. Thank you so much for your time!

Not all games have an unlockall button but they all have the same command in console.
