My friend cant do unlockall the commands doesnt work

His commands doesnt work. I told him to do unlockall or /unlockall but doesnt work.

He's doing it wrong then because it does work and it's impossible that it doesn't work for one person and works for everyone else. He's probably typing it in chat instead of console or something.
Anyways he can also use the unlockall button found in the public match menu
