Losing progression when i relaunch my game

Hello, these last days i've been playing bo2 multiplayer like a fresh new player but every time i relaunch my game im losing progression. For example i played 2 hours ish, i got to level 39 got my first golden weapon but when i relaunched my game i lost everything and im back to level 30 and lost my gold DSR. I don't want to lose my progression again and again randomly when i leave the game and its also happening in zombies i lose my rank and i have to grind it again. Did anyone ever got this bug and can help me with it
