Indian/Singapore servers?

Are there any Indian/Singapore servers active in either BO2 or MW3? I know downloading both and trying them out would be easier, but with data caps I thought I'd ask here first instead of wasting a lot of bandwidth.

More likely to have Indian ones as I know we have a few Indian players.
Sadly we don't have any stats on where people host their servers from. -
There is one Indian server and it always has 3-4 players playing it.
