What I did was that I raised the graphics settings to the maximum, I don't know if my pc doesn't support black ops 2 at maximum graphics, if there is any way to lower the graphics without entering the game I would appreciate it if you could

Delete your config in the plutonium appdata folder.

Thanks, all I did was delete the plutonium folder in appdata and install it again. Thank you very much anyway for answering me
