Banned on startup?

Good afternoon all. I have not played Plutonium in a while and was not able to access my old account due to PC reset. I just downloaded Plutonium today and was prompted with a lifetime ban message. Can I please appeal this or can someone take a further look? I really want to play this game with some friends.
FYI-I myself, in no way have modded this client or have performed any eploits in any manner. The only thing I did was have OBS streamlabs open so I'm not sure if that was suspected as a "cheat" running in the background.
