bo2 wont run after trying everything

i have followed the steps perfectly and disabled my anti virus and it still wont run and gives me the same response every time and i dont know what to do, here are the pictures of the errors it would be much appreicated if somone could help

So does t6r.dll exist? How big is it?
Exclude the bo2 folder from scanning in your antivirus software and run piry, then try again.

Dss0 i ended up uninstalling the antivirus, and here is a picture of everything in the folder

toniq Well if you uninstall your 3rd party av software windows defender will automatically take over and that is also known to delete t6r.dll, just exclude the whole game folder from scanning and run piry again.

i have disabled the anti virus for the whole folder, restarted my pc, ran piry and it still does not work and gives the same 2 messages

Provide a screenshot of your t6r folder and your windows defender exclusion settings.
