I want to unlock the level 80 to be able to create all my old classes, but I want to grind the weapon level, is there any way to do that?

Afaik you can bypass these class restrictions while using the create a class button in the private game menu
Otherwise there might be a command likesetplayerdata experience Xwhere X is the amount of XP you want (not level).
