How to play solo or create private server with this map?

i use to play on [Ranked] Der Riese | Custom Weapons | Mule Kick server but my ping is too high, so i want to play it solo or create private server to play with my friend in my country for better ping, how can i do that, please help, thank you! (sr for my bad English.)
