My friend cannot join my Bo2 Zombies lobby.

Ever since we got Plutonium we have been playing WaW and Black Ops 1 just fine. Even after getting Bo2 Plutonium for the first time we were doing alright. But now all the sudden my friend cannot join my lobbies and I cannot join his lobbies to play Bo2 Zombies. I don't know why since it was working fine a short while ago. We just keep getting the error message "Unable to join game session". Its been two days and the error is still happening and there is no issues with our internet. We even went back to WaW and Bo1 and we have no problems there whatsoever. Only in Bo2.
