Did you really have to create multiple topics for this?
Just close Steam if it's such a problem for you -
It's not "accessing your Steam account" and stop creating multiple topics it's just unnecessarily flooding the forum
If Steam is closed then Steam overlay cannot be opened, this is the same for all games. They can't magically make it popup
Plutonium has a Steam integration which allows it to be seen as a game in Steam, it's no where close to accessing your account. A lot of clients/mods do that, you're just unaware of what it is

Plutonium doesn't post screenshots unless you do it.
None of YOUR games does that, doesn't mean no game does that.
Again, it's just how it is, simply close Steam if you don't like it. It cannot access Steam if Steam is closed, it's that simple
