Perma-black screen w/ music at the end of a mp match or during halftime

Upon finishing a multiplayer game or reaching halftime and switching sides, my client will go to a black screen with music continuing to play in the background and I am forced to restart. This happens on every server and happens in every game.
No error is given. I have tried reinstalling already and that did not fix nor change the issue. Here is my BO2 folder: https://i.imgur.com/IXYVlxr.png
