High Quality Perks & PowerUps Icons In the original style of world at war.

I converted a mod made for world at war. That turned all the perks into high quality and also turn the power icons in the high ity. I did this because I personally enjoy world at war a lot more than almost any other call of duty game and especially at zombies so I would like it when I play other call of duty games for it to look like world at war. So that's what I did
