How can I change a texture on my private server ?

I would like to change some texture on my server like change the sky or change the painting on buried.

But now I need to change my friends local file, but can I do this change on the server ?

I'm pretty sure you can't do this on BO2 because it would require FastDL.
You could simply give the files to your friends if it's a private server just for you
