Your notebook probably needs to long to load into the server.

this error is happening too and I would like toknow if anyone knows how to help because I already downloaded and downgraded it, I already disabled and activated the anti virus and so far nothing and I also tried to enter and several other servers and it did not work either

But are both, your server and your client on the same version?

Xerxes IT IS IN THE SAME VERSION WE DOWNLOADED IT AND VISIT ALL THE WEBSITE AND THE SAME PROBLEM GIVES UP
