Can't connect online server

Error message I keep receiving as above.
I have read all previous posts, looking for hours on Youtube, nothing words.
I am using ethernet - nothing wrong with my internet connection, I have tried using VPN...nothing.
I have changed DNS to Google settings, turned off all firewall / antivirus threats, added plutonium as a trusted file etc nothing works.
Advice is appreciated.
