Got ban and I don't know why

I have been playing bo2 zombies with Lutris on Steam Deck. I have been playing it for awhile but I wanted better performance because I keep dropping 10 frames when there was a bunch of zombies and explosions. I decided to switch it to system instead of ProtonGE and surprisingly it actually improved performance. Yesterday I decided to play Plutonium in gaming mode on the deck so I can use gyro controls and I try to log on today and it said I was ban for about 30 days. I try it again and then it said I was ban for 74 or 73 days. Is it a Lutris issue, Linux issue, or a steam issue? Because idk. Also can I repeal the ban or do I have to wait it out?
