i can understand me getting banned for being repetitive in general with the 'same', bullshit but tbh me being banned for an opinion and not even being able to comment on something the same way elder a staff member did, he knows his comment was stupid and very clearly was rooting for a reaction, if even a staff member cant follow the rules why would a normal member, no wonder its in the state its in with staff constantly moaning, but anyways thanks for the reply!

You are mixing up things, when staff members are told they are breaking rules they either apologize or can provide reasons; which can include their own interpretation of our rules.
However when you got muted for a limited time you thought that this is the best way to go forward.

the ban is fair enough, i just dont think it should be permanent when the staff member is escalating it aswell ofcourse im not going to apologize i dont need to, he commented when he didnt even need to. he couldve just let me say what i wanted to and went about his day its not like my comment was off topic or in the wrong section.

You're the one who told me "snowflakes ass bitch" after a mute, yet staff is escalating??
I called out your argument and was typing up a longer response but didn't bother after seeing your reaction and your continued other rule breaks (like shitposting in other channels for which you had even been warned for earlier), so I ended up just muting you and was literally about to "go about my day" when you had to talk yourself into a ban in DMs, so congrats I guess!
