Problem with one server

I cant enter on one of the all servers but i want to play exactly on this one, that's why i downloaded this, if i enter the server and map is for example Rust or Arkaden or other regular map its stuck on Connecting or sometimes join but sometimes, if i have to download for example Bog,Killhouse,Shipment,Crossfire then its downloading with 30kb/s when on other server the same map is downloading with 2-3mb/s. What's wrong that the one server is making problems and the rest is working perfectly?

Are them mod maps for MW3?
Check your config download setting and compare with your other servers -

Klexoik oh ok then the problem with that server is either it is a home run server and you are downloading the maps through their internet (that's why it is so slow)or their download settings are wrong.
Not much you can do about it I don't think
