t6rmp.exe and t6rzm.exe crash immediately after opening

I followed the install instructions, cannot figure out why this is happening. Can't find anyone with the same issue or a fix. Multiplayer and zombies both open a black window and then immediately the crash message just like the picture, and then close themselves.

I believe this was solved within our Discord, for anyone else interested. The cause of the issue was an overlay program
