NAWAFU69 I suggest running windows system file checker as that'll narrow down the culprits causing your error:

STEP ONE: In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, press and hold (or right-click) Command Prompt, then select Run as administrator > Yes.

STEP TWO: At the command prompt, type sfc /scannow (note the space between sfc and the /). Scanning will take a few minutes.

STEP THREE: If SFC finds corrupted files and replaces them, restart your PC and check if the issue persists

And if no files come up corrupted/broken and issue still persists try this:

      1. Start the “Run” dialog via the Start menu or using the key combination [Windows] + [R].

      2. Enter “sysdm.cpl” and press the [Enter] key to open the System Settings.

      3. Switch to the “Advanced” tab and click on the “Settings” button in the “Performance” section.

      4. Go to the “Data Execution Prevention” tab and select the point “Activate Data Execution Prevention for all programs and services except for those selected”.

      5. Click on “Add” and search for the .exe file of the problematic program.
Save the change by clicking “Apply” and then “OK”.

Hopefully this helps you fix your issues
