weird b01 zombies bugs

I have not played in a few months, but I came back and still have alot of trouble joining servers and If I play with a friend one of us will always get kicked. Also noticed on all b01 zombie maps there are no voice lines. Does anybody know how to fix the voice lines and the issue with constantly joining servers that do not work? I would say one in four servers actually lets you join.

The voicelines are normal, bo2 had the same issue.

Oh do I have a setting wrong for the voice lines I just never hear them talk. And for the servers is there any fix to it or do I just gotta keep joining servers till one lets me in?
