I can't do things while moving on bo2

on zombies, while i'm walking or running i can't jump/reload/knife, this is causing me a lot of issues 'cause i can't move and play well cause of it, i tried uninstalling and installing plutonium again, but that didn't fix the bug, any help?

Try to reset the controls to default and make sure to not change keys that conflict or remove important keys

This happens because your FPS are above 200. Due to how some old games like BO2 were made, a lot of the game's physics is managed by the client's FPS so if it's too high the game can't handle it properly anymore.We recommend capping your FPS to your monitor HZ or to 200 (or below)
