Kicked?

I was kicked from the nuketown server for no apparent reason, I haven't played mw3 for months and when I enter the server it turns out that I'm on a blacklist, I don't know why this happened or what the server detected to kick me but it doesn't seem fair to me

A) It clearly tells why.
B) They can for any reason they want to.
