No matter what I do (uninstall my antivirus, restart pc, reset network settings, reinstall plutonium, reinstall black ops II) I consistently get this error. I have no clue what to do to fix this. Please help

does same for me i try to connect to online but just goes on and on and then gave me this notice

For me nuketown solo is working and town co-op is working but thats pretty much it. It just loads for 10 minutes and then gives me this message too.

Have you checked if you firewall is blocking pluto?
