Plutonium running at 15 FPS

Opened up Plutonium this morning and its only running at 15 FPS, earlier this morning it was running normally (144 FPS). Any ideas how to fix this?

That happens to me when I enter a server and it is full, it takes me out and then I try to enter again, there I lower the fps to 20. I always have to restart the game, and hope that there is a space on the server
