Challenge verification failed plutonium bo2

I have been a plutonium gamer about maybe a year and half ago. I have notice these past few weeks that when I try and join certain servers, it loads for a second then immediately stops and gives the error: "Challenge verification failed". Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know why it occurs? Are there any fixes?
