Connection Interrupted

My internet is at a decent speed with 250 mb/s and I only try to connect to servers with low ping, but I seem to keep getting this issue like 5 minutes into every lobby. Can anyone please help? Thanks.

It must be something with the server then, or like the host thingy, try other servers like ezz or efg they got a very good ping
