Cant join friends and they cant join me

so i've had this problem for 2 days now and essentially me and my friend cant join each other and we have tried to allow the plutonium bootstrapper to our private network and it still does not work the test says "error unable to join game session"

Resxt I've tried port forwarding and my router already has a rule set for the port, so I don't have to set another. It still shows this error. Not sure what to do about it

MisterSkeptical the rule created was created by UPnP then. Remove it and add one yourself manually, UPnP is unreliable
