BO2 text not dislplaying

i have a problem with call of duty black ops II is that there is no text except for the title. at first i looked at qbitorrent and it seems that some files were missing so i delete bo2 and install it again but the text aren't displaying whatever i do and qbitorrent has no error message saying that some files are missing here's a screenshot of the problem(sorry if i took the pic with my phone it is because the screenshotting doesn't working too):

Resxt Ok i fixed my game it seems that the location i gave to my Bo2 was bugy so i deleted it and reinstall it in the game folder like it says in the instruction and thank you for helping me !
