Bo2 won't launch.

I've been playing around with modding bo2, but I soon got this pop-up whenever I try to run Bo2. WaW and Bo1 run just fine, but whenever I try to open Bo2, this pops up and nothing else. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Bo2, it doesn't help. The main issue is I don't have Bo2 on steam, so I used the Torrent file, so I have no idea why steam is in the launcher.
Am I screwed? I hope not, I was just having so much fun with it

What you're showing is just the bootstrapper there's no error or anything. Not sure I understand but maybe try this

Resxt The problem is the bootstrapper doesn't load any further than these 3 commands. Bo2 doesn't launch, it's just these commands and both consoles stay up.

Tylee64 well if you don't even know if you have it and you search like that it's gonna be hard
Something on your PC is blocking the process so disable it or uninstall it. Could be Avermedia, an overlay, antivirus, process monitor/optimizer etc -
