Progress loss

I just played a bunch of games and got some guns leveled up, unlocked camos and got PDW on gold too and even prestiged after that but I had to go and so i closed the game but after opening it again I was level 51 no prestige and I was prestige 1 level 16, I know this is a common problem but has anyone figured out a way to like save your progress or I’m always going to have to pray to not get the big?

Fabito13 IM SO SORRY that sucks did you figure out the situation
SparkyDuke1999 I couldn't find anything either. I'm just trying to play this shit normally, I level up a few times, log off for a while, then log back on only to find that I've basically been de-ranked and my camos, metals, etc are gone. Happens about 1 in 3 to 5 times I log out. Really frustrating.
